Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our central European logistics hub in the Czech Republic.

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders must be received before 13:00 (1:00 PM) CET for same-day dispatch.

• After 13:00: Orders completed after the 13:00 cutoff will be dispatched the following business day.

• Weekends: Orders received over the weekend or on Czech public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We use DHL Express to ensure fast, recorded delivery across the European Union and worldwide.

• Carrier-Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are not fixed; they are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

• Domestic (Czech Republic): We offer DHL Domestic Express for rapid delivery within the Czech Republic.

• EU & International: We utilize DHL Express Worldwide. Most EU destinations receive their orders within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

4. Customs & Taxes (EU vs. Non-EU)

• Delivery within the EU: As your order ships from the Czech Republic, there are no customs duties for any delivery within the European Union.

• Non-EU Countries: For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, UK), import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking & Delivery

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that DHL Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address and a valid phone number are required to ensure a successful delivery.
