Bead Lined Worm Gear Clamps

Most lined hose clamps use a fixed inner sleeve bonded to the band — which means the liner rotates with the band as the clamp tightens, dragging across the hose surface and defeating the purpose of the lining. Our bead-lined worm gear clamps solve this with a precision-formed floating liner — a separate inner band that remains stationary against the hose while the perforated outer band tightens independently around it. The result is a true 360-degree bead-lined seal that protects hose integrity at every point of contact, eliminating both perforation bite and extrusion of soft hose material into the band slots — the two failure modes that make standard clamps unsuitable for silicone and other flexible hose materials. The consistent circumferential pressure also maintains sealing force under thermal cycling, making these clamps particularly well suited to automotive cooling and charge air systems where hose diameter fluctuates with temperature.
